Sule Paya in Yangon. This 2000 year old temple has been made into a roundabout in the centre of the city. It's interesting to imagine how much the world has changed around it. I would have liked to have come back in the evening for some long exposures but I was on my way to the airport.

Here is the whole set from Myanmar if you are interested: Myanmar - 2014 - a set on Flickr

First one is very nice. Bagan is a wonderful place; in fact all of Myanmar.
Did you stay near Sule Pagoda? I like the center of the city.

I think you should post the one of the little boy giving you the finger.

That one with the kid giving the finger is pretty funny. I couldn't believe it. I had to double check on the camera after to see if my eyes were playing tricks on me. I did post that one with my other Inle Lake pics: http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/general-gallery/355122-inle-lake.html

I was within walking distance of Sule Pagoda. A long walk, but an interesting one. I felt like the only foreigner in the city until I got within a few blocks of the pagoda.

An amazing country. I'm pretty sure I'll get back there at some point.
