I went to a local camera class and I found out that I have a setting on my camera to take 3 shots in AEB. I've been wanting to get a good HDR pic and almost all the time, my clouds came out blurry. The reason for this is, I'd take a pic then change my settings to lighten my exposure then do it a third time. During the time of adjustments, the clouds would move. Photomatix would align the buildings or trees but not the clouds. All you have to do is go into AEB on the camera under settings and it takes 3 pics one right after the other, can't wait to try it out tomorrow.

When someone gets a new camera and reads the manual, sometimes there are still things that don't get remembered. A new camera manual for a person just learning is a lot of new information. I've read through my manual several times and have probably still missed things.

Sometimes I go back to it when I see a new technique and want to try to learn how to do it. The 3 shots in AEB was one of the things I had to go back to learn when I first saw HDR pictures. The first time I read my manual I couldn't think of a reason I would need to know AEB so it wasn't remembered.

Thanks for sharing this information. Other people out there might not know this unless somebody points it out.

Yes, and I was serious, because people often buy used equipment and don't get the manual, and don't know they are available online.
