Learning Elements but with text/Not YouTube..

I do not have many gigs a month to use on my Internet. Are there good sites to help me learn PSE 11 but not use video lessons? Did a search but am seeing YouTubes galore and magazine reviews but not really any text versions.
tried Adobe site but see videos..

I'm not sure if they have a book in the same series for Elements 11 or not, but I have a very good book for elements 10, from the Teach Yourself Visually series. Its by Mike Wooldridge and Brianna Stuart. It has great explanations and screen shots and costs about $25 at Amazon. If they have an Elements 11 book in the series, I'm sure it would be just as good.
