Least expensive P&S that can trigger from smart phone

I'm looking for a really inexpensive compact camera to just carry around. I haven't looked at point and shoots in years. I understand some now can trigger from an app or your smart phone. What are the least expensive models that do this? Thanks!

The camera needs wifi for that. For Panasonic the Lumix ZS30 (TZ40) can do that with ean app on you're smartphone;
for Sony you have the WX220. There are other brands that have wifi also.
