Leaves and a Red Tail

took a walk at the farm, at the creek I noticed some leaves floating on some melting ice, and making there way down the creek, took a few shots, and walked pretty much right under this red tail hawk,

There are too many photos to ask for C&C but I like the last one. The others dont get me excited. Is that a hawk? what kind?
