Lens Accessory for 40mm Canon pancake or something else entirely?

My wife just gifted me a Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 lens (great lens by the way!) and a $125 gift card for Best Buy. I was wondering if I should either get 52mm filters for the lens or if I should get something else (flash, another lens, etc.)?

The lens has a pretty low replacement cost and has very little glass, I would skip the UV filter and apply the GC to something else lacking in your bag.
