Lens Dilemma

Hello:

I'm looking to purchase a new macro lens. I have narrowed it down to the following, Tamron 180mm 3.5 and Sigma 105mm 2.8.

i shoot with the Sony A77 and the A7R.

Does anyone have any recommendations with these lenses?
