Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
So I'm pretty new to photography! I took this picture on the very first day I ever played around with a friend's camera! I have my own camera now and am going back to this bird center for photo day in a couple of weeks. I was looking through my pictures from last time and saw a lot of things I want to improve upon and was wondering if anyone had any advice about how to get the eyes less shadowy in a situation like this. The shoot is outside.....early morning, but this picture was taken closer to noon time. The owl showing area is more shady and tree covered. Is there a way for me to stand to avoid the heavy shadowing in the top part of the eyes?
Thanks for any help!

The only thing I can think of is adding more light. Speedlight?

Don't shoot at noon. ;) Shoot on partly cloudy or overcast days. Use a flash.

Thanks for the flash advice...I'm going to check out that one you suggested! I haven't used or learned much about flash yet!!! And I wish I had the option to not shoot at noon! :meh:

Do you like this any better? Lee
