Lighting setup to acheive something similar to this?

MDPC 008 | Lian Li PC-V350B by Thomas F. aka Tremeloes

i was wondering what would be needed to acheive photos like the one above.

i am interested in how to get the reflective surface setup... the backdrop, lighting etc i think i can manage.

any ideas?

Put it on a mirror, piece of glass or other highly reflective surface.
