Lightroom tutorial?

I have a friend who is just getting into photography more seriously and has asked for help to figure out how to use Lightroom. I'm self taught and on an old version so I'm reluctant to teach her bad habits.
Can anyone recommend a good video tutorial? She's using the Creative Cloud version.
