Hello! So I did my first long exposure/high f/stop photos tonight! This was one of my results. What do you think?

Well, imo you are heading in the right direction, and once you get the basic principle, you can take it to other places, but these shots are just kinda boring...BUT you know how to capture a long exposure at night, so get creative with it now.

Next time take a step ladder or find a second-floor window to shoot from. Or a hill. Or a tree. Or on top of your car.

Also, red tail lights stand out better than white headlights.
