Went out with my boyfriend this weekend and took some quick shots of our friend's little girl, Abby.
She was miserable and crying pretty much the whole time... but managed to get a few keepers i think hehe.

first 2 are awesome...i love that the background is totally abstract...just shapes of light. is the first one blown out?...yeah, but i LOVE it that way. those first 2 are very cool.

gives it an interesting feel -and i think she looks beautiful with her hair sweeping across her face.

with those 2 on the swing...just a quick suggestion.
assuming youre using PS for the cloning, you may want to soften the brush...i see a lot of harsh lines that give away the amount of cloning that was done.

I would use judiciously tweaked fill flash to remove the facial shadows.

Yes, your edit does look better. I worked a bit more on the shadows near her chin and around the eyes. To be picky, some work on skin colour would be helpful as well.

They didn't come out too bad. I think my favorites are of her on the swing, she is so happy and the shots are fun. Nicely done.
