Cute girl with a gorgeous smile but I think you could have done a bit better with the lens choice, posing and lighting. Her arm seems dispropotionatly large compared to the rest of her. A longer lens from farther away would have reduced that effect. Posing her arm the way you did causes her shoulder to angle forward in an un-attractive way. The broad lighting on her face and the direct face on angle of her head might not have been the best choice. The deep shadows on her left side unbalances her features such that her right side appears much larger than her left and makes her nose look much larger than it might really be. The background lighting is ok.

I think you could probably improve the image in LR by reworking exposure, shadow & highlight sliders and maybe some selective corrections as well. What was your lighting for this?

Not a bad pose, but it looks like the picture is a bit out of focus.
