What's new

Local Small Town Downtown

They look like post cards. But I do like photos of small towns.

There are lots of small towns that still look like they're stuck in the 1950's. And a lot of the towns in the Southwest are interesting to walk through and photograph. I mean there are towns with pop. 600 in the middle of nowhere in NM, 1-2 hrs away from any other living thing.

Unpops, was this taken at the spur of the moment or from your stock? a really lolz stuff

LOL. No, it's somebody else's, released under creative commons license. Though I do have a burnt toast image that I have in mind.

THose are so far over done they are positively ELECTRIC. THey kind of remind me of those glow in the dark, black fuzzy posters that you use the neon markers to color and then light up with a black light.

I do not think it possible to get any more color out of them ...you have used up a years worth of color for non HDR photos ....they look more like illustrations.

OOOOOO! And STICKERS!!!

To me, they have the feel of a set of old hand-colored postcards from say the 30's.

On acid...

Still, for their style, their genre, their era, these are definitely "in the groove".

hahahaha the toast...

Holy saturation batman!
