I think I have two much vignette in the first shot!

Can you guys let me know what you think?

I'd remove the vignette from the first one altogether. The photo looks great , rustic, and the aircraft landing has a nice shine to it with the runway lines reflecting off the underside. Great colour in the skies on the second one but i find it too busy.

Vignettes are one of those highly personal touches, but I think it works for this photo to bring attention to your subject, the airliner. Perhaps you could have gotten a real low shot to avoid the cityscape but that might defeat the purpose of identifying your city, London.

I can identify the runway in the foreground in your second shot as the airport because you told us the location, but a casual observer would miss it. Nice skyline/sunset in this photo.

I would not of know the second shot was a runway. It looks more like a bridge to me. But both photos are well created. Nice job.

That first one is great! Love the smartphone treatment! Not so keen on the second, it's nice, but not as attention grabbing as the first.

I like the first, and the vignette is fine by me, if a little bit heavy. Second one has a bit too much foreground for me.... it's neither negative space nor adding anything to the shot.... If it doesn't kill the resolution I would consider cropping it so that the O2 arena is in the bottom left of the shot, and the runway lights touch the bottom of the frame.

I love #2 and absolutely hate you for having such a nice place to shoot! JK I really like them but agree that the vignette should go in #1.
