I like the dark, desolation in the background, kind of a road to nowhere... and not a car on the street, amazing. That's a shot I could never take in the big city. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, thanks for all the compliments! I took this shot at about 11 pm last night. I actually took about 15 with different exposures. This one was f/2.8, 5s @ ISO 80 auto white balance.

So where exactly is "100 miles from nowhere in any direction?"

Ridgecrest, CA. 4 hrs from Mammoth, 2 hrs from Bakersfield, 3 hrs from LA, 4.5 hrs from SD, 4 hrs from Vegas, nothing close, except the desert
