Lonely tree in fog

I am not experienced on shooting in fog. This scene looked good to me.
Any critique on composition or pp?

I like the mood of this picture. It's calm and I like the composition.

The only thing I might look at is (and maybe this is my monitor), there seems to be some banding and noise in the JPEG. Look closely at the nearest tree trunk. There's a thin white halo around it that may come from sharpening/clarity slider?

Thanks for the responses. I did the pp on this a few months ago so I don't know if I sharpened it, but would the halo show up other places if I did it too much?
Still learning pp..

I kind of wish it was a little bit cooler. I know that the camera probably says that the proper WB is around 6000-7000 Kelvin, but I think it takes some of the atmosphere away from it. It kind of makes it look more like haze and not fog.
