Honestly, and pointedly... It's been done about 8 trillion times, and unfortunately done a lot better at least half of those.
Want to play with this? Try this... stick your camera in the back seat on a tripod and get the driver to go as steady as they can. Take shorter exposures and watch you don't overexpose.
