i can see how you might have some technique in each of your shots but make sure that your subject is interesting so that the picture sends out a message to us. remember photography is a way of writing a story without words. what i mean is that the subject of your buddies chilling is boring to me. for the first picture, you should have changed settings so that we really get the feeling that its deep. idk, w/e...
