Great color, good composition, lighting is nice. I don't think it's over exposed but some may disagree.

not much to say -- all in all it's a good shot.

I like to use an ocf when its overcast or sunny. Much easier to throw up on my own. If you have someone to follow you around and help out the reflector works great too. Try the reflector and see how its goes. Keep sharing. Cute kid with stunning eyes.
