IMO, this picture is a miss for several reasons.
First, it is very flat with no luscious dark tones and the lightest tones being the building walls (that have nothing of interest about them) and the reflection.
The person in the foreground obscures the bridge yet has nothing of interest.
You might have made something of the figure, the hat, the bridge all being symmetrical but that didn't happen.
