Looking for 18-300mm Lens for D3300

Hello, I am looking for a good value all-round 18-300mm. I am currently looking at either the Sigma f3.5-6.3 DC Macro or the Nikon AF-S DX f3.5-6.3 VR.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these lenses? And if so is the Nikon worth the extra money for quality of image and build quality?

Hello and welcome, I am a former Nikon user and always went for the Nikon option. Thake a look on eBay and you may find a bargain.
