Looking for a bag that's a messenger AND a backpack.

So, I like the messenger-style bag I have because my gear is always quickly accessible. However, it gets pretty uncomfortable having that weight on one shoulder all the time. I would like to find something that has both a shoulder strap and straps for carrying it as a backpack. That way, I can have on my back for trekking out and put it on my shoulder when accessibility is the priority.

It needs to hold all of my gear (as listed in my signature) and a 15.4" laptop. This is my current bag and it holds everything, it just doesn't have the backpack straps.

Does anyone know of specific models that accommodate this?
