Looking for a clip on filter adapter ring

I have a GE X5 bridge camera which has a 15x optical zoom lens that I would like to use with some of the filters I have for my DSLR. These are standard 55mm filters with 0.75 pitch.

The problem is that the X5 does not have provision at the front of the lens for a filter: it has a fluted lip around the lens which has an inside diameter of 43.8mm and an outside diameter of 46.8mm.

I've looked for some sort of clip-on filter adapter that might fit, but have drawn a blank.

Could anyone suggest something that might work and would allow me to attach a 55m filter to the X5's lens?
