The lighting was poor, largely because of what looks like a heavy overcast and the time of day.
For me your shutter speeds were way to long, and your lens apertures to small. Your photos have lost focus sharpness from diffraction caused by the small apertures. But you likely used the small apertures to get DOF.
To render nice smooth flowing water you only need exposure times of 1/2 to 1 second.
For example, in the last one you posted you used 20 mm at f/22, an 8 second exposure, and I estimate the focal point ws 30 feet away. Opening the aperture to f/16 would have given you almost exactly the same DOF, while minimizing diffraction from lens aperture, and would have let you reduce the exposure time a stop to 4 seconds.

#1 could have benefitted from having the camera higher.
#2 looks like the camera was a bit to far to the right.
#3 the transition from waterfall to streambed, essentially the local horizon, is almost exactly centered horizon if the frame which diminishes some of the drama and tension the photo could have had.
