looking for books

Hi all I am sort of new here longtime lurker first time poster. I was woundering if you would have any sugestions of some good basic books. The topics I am looking in to are:

A) Starting/Running a Photography biz- with some sample contracts and possibly a basic pricing formaula.

B) a good basic editing book I have elements 7 and Capture N/X2 (I shoot a nikon d7000)

I did a few years of photography back in my collage years and am starting a small biz as a sideline.
