Looking For Feedback

I have a few photos here I would like a little feed back on.

1.) I really like this picture, I think it's the contrast and the mixture of vertical & horizontal lines. Although the lens flair is a little annoying.

2.) My goal in this photo was to look as if the shadow was reaching out and grabbing the other tree...

3.) Attempted macro shot of early morning strawberries w/ my 55-250

4.) This is essentially just a large ornamental shade maker in a park down here and wasn't sure of a good way to capture it.

First one has a lot of potential if it was cropped better and the horizontal lines didn't arc. Definitely worth a reshoot, if possible. Personally, I would crop the right side so the house's edge didn't show, and the left side so the cones were removed. It might also be worthwhile to shoot another picture with the cones placed on a third (i.e., 'rule of thirds').
