Im looking for what specs a camera would need for these types of photography

Wildlife

I hope you have a lot of money ...

Weddings - sorry, I can't say much here
Wildlife - DSLR, APS-C will give you an extra reach, fast AF, low noise at high ISO, availability of long focal length lens 400mm+ with stabilization (in lens or camera)
Underwater - availability of waterproof housing down to at least 40m with strobes, full frame, low noise at high ISO, availability of bright ultra wide angle lens

Suggest you have a separate camera for underwater as there is always the chance of a leak. UW housings and strobes are very expensive for DSLR's, cheaper for mirror-less cameras.
Wildlife is mostly about the lens. Good long focal length lenses will cost you $1000.00+

My wildlife setup ... Sony A57 + 70-400mm G ... about $2000.00+, I think this is considered the cheap end.
My underwater ... Sony Nex-3 + 18-70mm + Polaroid housing ... about $250 ... but this is NOT a serious setup. I would get a Nex-6 + Zeiss 12mm + Nauticam housing and port, I estimate about $3000+

1.Wedding

You want full frame camera like the Nikon D800 or Canon 5DIII

2.Wildlife

Croped sensor camera preferably with high burst and big buffer, currently the cameras you have from Nikon and Canon are very old so I personally wouldnt recommend getting either of them but the rumors are that they are both about to be replaced soon but what the heck do I know.

3.Underwater

Dont know.
