Looking for under $200 Camera

Looking for a decent zoom camera 10x + for under $200. Used or New from Amazon. I've owned a good amount of point & shoot cameras but recently sold my Lumix GF3 due to needing a longer zoom range (can't afford the lens). One main reason of posting is I'm looking for good picture quality some Point & shoots I've owned has had some pretty terrible image quality either due to softness, noisy, fake looking pictures, etc also video quality is a must as well but not as needed

Thanks so far was looking at the Nikon Coolpix 6800.

Well as far as image quality is concerned whenever you are dealing with a point and shoot or a bridge camera of any sort your pictures will get noisy quick if your not dealing with really good lighting conditions. The sensors in both point and shoot and bridge cameras are very small in comparison to their much larger DSLR cousins, so as a result you'll need to either shoot in good lighting conditions, be able to add light (like a flash or external lighting of some sort) or get a more expensive camera with a larger sensor and better lenses.

If you had to get a Point and shoot and had to choose which would you get.

Nikon Coolpix S6800 or the Canon SX280?

Yea lighting conditions are usually pretty good as most photos are outdoors. Between the 2 which would be better just between 2? Nikon Coolpix S6800 for $166 or the Canon SX280 for $200? Thanks. Sorry if this is sort of a double post seems this forum and Tapatalk are not working together so well

Anyway Which is best between the 2 overall? The Coolpix S6800 or the Canon SX280 ? Only bad thing about the SX280 I really see is that battery issue :/
