Losing my mind....please help me

so I bought a phottix wireless trigger for my D800 I got the Strato II with the hot shoe on top of it so I could still use my cyber commander. However it seems to mess with the flash sync of my mono lights, meaning with the reciever and cyber commander stacked it misses the flash and with just the commander its perfect. Is there some setting I am missing to do this I know that is the purpose of this remote so I am confused lol.

Figured it out...Cant stack the receiver with the commander for the lights just gotta let it hang to the side otherwise it pre-flashes the lights...
