Louisiana...

Spending a week down there this Christmas in the Slidell area. Looking to get some oak tree and wildlife pictures anyone have some good ideas? I looked at oak alley, has anyone been there? Thanks TPF! Oh and if anyone wants to meet up let me know.

I live about 40 min away from Oak Alley. Pretty awesome, but take a ride down any bayou and you can see tons. This picture was taken about 7 am in my driveway.

Aww, I miss LA. I'll be there this weekend sometime, but further north near Fort Polk Area. Merry Christmas and enjoy the beauty that LA has to offer!

I live here in Lafayette ,La. you can get great photo's all over the place with just a short drive or walk. Gotta love Louisiana!!!

Yup, trees galore in Slidell lol. Just walk around! Love LA for pictures

If possible, you can always drive 35 minutes to New Orleans and get some really cool pictures of the architecture in the city
