Wonderful city indeen though I've never been there personaly. What about the photos. I think the narrow strip of buldings between almost grey sky and the river of the same colour doesn't look well on the photos 1 and 2. The 3 is my favorite though it looks soft I would underexpose it a little and use narrower aperture to make street lights more attractive.
I guess you need to learn one simple but important thing: camera sees differently. What you see as a breathtaking panorama, camera sees as a narrow strip of buildings somewhere far away.
Get a book about composition and read about the importance of fore- middle- and background, perspective etc
