Macro Flower

[Abstract]

This is my first attempt at Macro flowers... It's not very inspiring... I'm hoping I can get some tips and pointers to move it in a better direction. I have some from another thread that I'm going to put into practise asap but if you can add more and perhaps specific to this kind of shot that would be fantastic! I really appreciate your time.
