Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Well, i just got my 55-250 lens, so ive started to use manual focus
Well, what i would like to know, is what do you guys prefer?
Also, what are the advantages of using either or?
Thanks

I use auto focus for moving subjects and manual focus for stationary subjects. I tend to use manual focus along with live view (Nikon) to get as sharp of a photo as I can. Also autofocus doesn't know at times what you want to focus on if something is in between you and the subject and you might need to manually focus.

IMO auto - fast and somewhat accurate - good for snapshots or fast moving subjects; manual - slowish and extremely accurate - great for everything except moving subjects.

When I was young I always used manual. Now that I am old we have this thing called technology that has shown up on the scene

Would you use a number 2 pencil or would you use a calculator?

Manual is used by me only if auto did not work out as proven by the playback viewfinder.

Well, i agree with vinny, because i guess you have more freedom if your shooting a stationary shot,
I was messing around some more with it today, and i do personally think as well that auto focus is better for moving subjects
Thanks!
