I'd like to see the specular highlights on his forehead dialed back just a bit, and what's going on with his right eye? The iris does NOT fit the lighting; did you do some extra 'enhancement' there?

Yeah his forehead is a bit hot, I can pull that back...

His right eye...Let me look.....

I enhanced it a little, but nothing extreme imo...Maybe I did though, heres the original.


Now that I look at it again, there is a little speckle on the left side that shouldn't be there...

I agree. The irises look a little unnatural compared to the original. Back the post down on those just a little and I think it'll look great!

I didn't see anything wrong with irises until the others pointed out the unnatural lighting.
Even then, I think the portrait looks tremendous!

Great clarity and sharpening!
