What would a D400 offer that the D7100 does not that someone would wait for it to come out over the D7100?

Imagine a DX D4... ok may be not quite that crazy, but D400 will be the top-of-the-line DX body, with pro features and construction. Magnesium alloy body, manual controls on the body, high burst rate, fast shutter speed etc.

Great news but personally my next camera will be an FX body so I am not overly excited.

As for your headline "Unicorn and UFO"

Unicorn is a mythical creature thus I don't believe in its existence but UFO or to be more exact alien life forms are very likely.
It always amazes me that people don't believe in life outside earth, there are billions of starts and billions of planets in our galaxies alone and there are billions of galaxies with billions of starts and billions of planets in them so the thought that life exist on earth only in my eyes silly.
Did they came to visit us ?
I don't know but statistically it makes no sense that we are the only living creatures in the whole universe.
