I was just snapping the pics of the *For Sale* ad and thought I'd share because it's a beautiful object.

Though I haven't decided where the best place to sell it in the UK is, I was wondering how it compares to the other brands in the US such as Tucker and Circle Y?

They certainly seem to be. Though there is a healthy "western" riding community they seem to go for cheaper European composites. Perhaps it's because we don't have the wide open spaces and spend hours in the saddle rather than days.

Beautiful saddle and wonderful shots.
I did a quick search and saw one (probably new) for US $2895. (Lady Working Cowhorse Saddle).

Been many, many moons since I've messed with horses, but I doubt that pride of ownership in saddles has changed much. Like Snowbear above most of what I saw were running in the 3k range new. However, none of the new ones I saw had the same amount of tooling that yours has. Look closely at the image in the link, and compare to yours, you'll see it. All that extra tooling can add up in a hurry, plus women's saddles are like women's jeans, one size doesn't fit all. beautiful saddle, but western saddles are for people that cant ride English. (or, you know...need somewhere to tie off the lasso)
i love the stirrup and hobble strap on that saddle. its very nicely decorated...even the rear cinch. gives the impression of a more show saddle than an every day use saddle.
my mother taught dressage and growing up i wasn't allowed to use any other type of saddle until i could ride proper English.
loved my Australian stock saddle.

Beautiful work and photos also! I know nothing of saddles, but was surprised to see a western saddle in the UK.
