I like the contrast ratio you chose for the background and cloths. Unfortunately this choice erased most of the detail from the skin ans hair. Now we have there white emptiness totally unnatural to the human body. Placement of the face in this square frame is not the luckiest, looks like your subject is leaving instead of engaging the viewer.
