Taken with a Canon Rebel XS (bad I know) kit lens, 1600 ISO 30 second exposure.
My first time trying to capture the Milky Way. I'm in Arkansas right now and tomorrow night I will try to find a higher spot with less light pollution to photograph.
I had to enhance it so it would stand out more. These are the before and afters.
