Great use of DOF to isolate your area of interest. The bokeh and warm tones in the the background ruin it for me, though. They end up stealing attention and flattening the image because the warmth and brightness come forward in the image. See how the four light spots over the glass look like they could drop right into the milk?

@ oldmacman: Yes, I used some dodging for creating the halo
