Minnesota vacation

Well, this is my first real attempt at photography. The shots were taken on my Minnesota vacation with a 35mm Yashica FX-D Quartz and 50mm f/2 lens. Film was 400 ISO Fujicolor Superia Xtra(cheapest I could find). I know I need a lot of C/C so please, help me out. Tips on composition, exposure, and PS are all welcome. I know 5 and 6 are pretty noisy.

These are great shots for a "first real attempt at photography." I especially like the focus and colors of #1. I would try cropping the top a little lower in the frame to remove the bit of wire from the top right, though other might disagree.
