Minolta Maxxum Question

Didn't there used to be an Equipment forum? I can't find it. If I'm just missing it and this thread belongs there, I apologize.

Anyway, my question. Does the Maxxum 7000 have the same lens mount as the Maxxum 5? I know the 7000 is much older, but I might possibly be buying some used lenses if it's the same mount. Thanks in advance!
