Missing ability to attach files?

Well, I got ready to post some photos but I cannot find the "Manage Attachments" section that I keep reading about. Under the Additional Options section, I have Misc Options, Thread Subscription, and Post a Poll options only. Where/how am I missing the ability to attach my photo files?:blushing::blushing::blushing:

Only paying members can attach files.

You have to host them somewhere else (Flickr, Photobucket, etc) and link to them here.

Oooooh. Well, that explains that! Thanks for the enlightenment (but not to my credit card!) LOL

You don't have to pay to post photos, but they have to hosted somewhere else like a free Flickr account or a free Photobucket account.

Thanks KmH---I think I just figured that out, after the fact! Oh well, I contributed to a very good cause in my opinion....I'm really enjoying this forum so I was happy to become a supporting member! Live and learn....
