For some context:

Shutter: 1/250
ISO:100
Did you shoot RAW? Sky is blown out, and the focus seems like it hit the reeds up front but the rest looks soft. Try a deeper DOF and work on getting that exposure right. I would also say a landscape orientation would help here, but that's without seeing the rest of the area.
