If the purpose of the photograph is to highlight makeup and cleavage, then it is a winner.

Is that what the client wants?

They want to show beauty, peacefulness, relaxing. 90 percent of their clients are female, so they want them to think...if i go to this spa, I will be beautiful.

At least it's somewhat better. I would still prefer the model looking at the camera.

I agree with kdthomas. I get a very strong "morgue" feeling from both of them. I just don't see what I think you were going for: relaxation, health, pampering, health.

The biggest problem here is not her eyes, it is her arm. The perspective is so wrong , it is not acceptable in y view. For that reason I would have ditched both images.
