    For a change I tried my hand on conversions again, as I felt these buildings asked for it:

    Nicely done conversions Corinne, but I can see why C.Cloud asked; with the almost pure black background they do have a model-like quality.

    Well, that sky was a) pure blue at the time I took the photo, is b) polarized, and furthermore I played with the filter sliders when I did the conversion via the Channel Mixer, and I decided I like this outcome best over any other.

    As tirediron said, the black sky.

    But that was only the first thing. The people in the first shot also look very plasticky :)
