Mondays Marsh Walk

With more snow on the way, I went for another walk to look for colour. In just over an hour in my favourite marsh, I was able to find a Red Squirrel, another Woodpecker, my third different species this year, a mourning dove and the farm next to it had some horses out that would not separate. AS always feedback welcome.

How on earth could I have overlooked these wonderful photos with their warm colours (just what we need in all this white - and we have much white around us here now, too!!!!) - I wonder how you ever manage to get this close to the animals???? I never succeed in getting this close, 300mm lense fully extended or not. I'm envious...
