Here are some photos of monkeys that were taken a few weeks ago in the zoo which is close to my home.

number 3 the monkey is awesome, but the color looks a bit blend, maybe a little contrast boost would make it punchier?

Love #2 and #3. #1 is good too but the bokeh seems very distracting - I guess it's probably because of out of focus cage wires that gives it that jagged look which kinda competes with the spiky fur of the monkey.

Did you do any pp on the eyes?

Just to see an example... I opened the photo in Gimp amd did an Auto White Balance... This was the result...

Many thanks. It was cloudy and the monkey was in the cage which is covered by glasses. I think that made the picture looks a bit less contrast.
And I think your suggestion works by adding the contrast like what BuS_RideR did...Many thanks Bus_RideR..

Yes those three picture already did pp.
for the picture no.3 yes.. I just brushed the eyes abit with lower opacity, around 10-18 percent of white color.

I love the pics, especially #3. Hahaha, reminds me of my husband. =) j/k

I would print them out and send them to the zoo. I know from experience the zoo loves photos of their animals, especially the care takers.

Many thanks for comment, MegR. Hahahaha... yes. mostly they would like to have the pictures of the animals. and occasionally,here, the pictures taken can be enrolled into the competition which is usually held by animal lovers.
