Great shots, my less favorite is the 1st..I kinda got uncomfortable with the fog in the horizon.

Don't like 1 or 2 that much

#3 looks great, though a little tilted on the horizon, and could use a little saturation and richness in the blacks.

yeah i was pretty annoyed at myself with that.

and im just messing around with editing atm, so i'll see if i can come up with anything and sort that out.

What's to be annoyed about? It's not easy to take a perfectly level picture without some sort of leveling tool to assist you. That's normal.. just adjust it. No need to beat yourself up.

Yours is so slightly tilted, it wouldn't take much out if you had to adjust it and crop off the edges.

off topic question, im thinking of getting a nikon 50mm 1.8f lense, it should work fine on my d3000? i know i'll have no auto focus, but thats not a problem, i just want to make sure that the lense will fit etc.
