Do these have a green tint or is it my monitor needing calabrating?

the top shot has a magenta cast on the works flatscreen but you know how bad this monitor is, the others look OK colour wise.

And would that be little Milena?

In the third one she was watching a bee hovering just in front of her it was quite comical to see.
